Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with your Clinical Skin Station purchases. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

  • Goods must be returned to Clinical Skin Station within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • The product returned must be in new, unused and resealable condition.
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount coupon will be reimbursed at the amount paid after the discount.
  • You must present valid evidence of purchase in order to return or exchange a product (including receipt, e-receipt or gift receipt).

Reasons for Return

  1. Damaged in transport: If you received an item(s) that was damaged in transit, please snap a photo and inform us within 7 days after delivery.
  2. Item received incorrectly: If you received the incorrect item(s), you may return them for free, and Clinical Skin Station will cover any shipping costs.
  3. Faulty Item: If you have received a faulty item, please email us with a thorough description of the product issue and a photo if available and contact Clinical Skin Station arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
  4. Allergy: If you have an allergic response to a product, please snap a photo of the reaction and stop using the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used when returned to us. Clinical Skin Station will cover the shipping costs.

How to Make a Return

Option 1 – In the Clinic

  1. Check that you meet the above return conditions.
  2. You may return an item in person at the Clinical Skin Station clinic.

Option 2 – Via Post

  1. Check that you meet the above return conditions.
  2. Please contact info@clinicalskinstation.com with your order/receipt number, reason for return and any required information.
  3. Clinical Skin Station will be in touch to provide you with next steps.
